How Use Your Secret Box

Battery Capacity: 900mAh

Provides long-lasting performance on a full charge. Higher capacity means more sessions between charges.

Charging Type: 5V/0.5A USB-C

Recharge quickly and safely with a USB-C cable. Use the recommended 5V/0.5A charging rate for best results.

Output Voltage Settings: 2.4V, 2.6V, 2.8V, 3.4V, 3.8V

Choose from five power levels to match your preferred intensity.

Resistance: ≥0.8Ω

Optimized for use with cartridges that have a resistance of 0.8 ohms or higher.

How to Use

Powering On/Off
This device features auto-draw technology—simply inhale to activate. No buttons required.

Preheating
Activate preheat by drawing twice or pressing the bottom button twice within 1.5 seconds. The device will heat for 15 seconds at a steady 1.8V while the LED cycles through colors and a flame icon appears on the screen. Preheating stops if another action is performed.

Adjusting Voltage
Press the bottom button once to cycle through voltage settings. The device vibrates to confirm changes, and settings are displayed via LED colors and signal bars:

  • 2.4V – Yellow, 1 bar
  • 2.6V – Purple, 2 bars
  • 2.8V – Green, 3 bars
  • 3.4V – Blue, 4 bars
  • 3.8V – Red, 5 bars

The device remembers your last voltage setting, even after being disconnected.

Power Indicator
Press the button to light up the LCD screen and check the current battery level.

Resetting Puff Count
Click the bottom button three times, then hold on the third click to reset the puff count on the screen.

Charging

  • Connect using a USB-C charger (5V/0.5A recommended).
  • The device vibrates once and the red light appears while charging.
  • A green light indicates a full charge (about 80 minutes).
  • Do not use the device while charging. Avoid overcharging or leaving it unattended.

Compatibility

  • Designed for cartridges up to 2 grams.
  • Maximum total cart length (including mouthpiece): approx. 2 inches (5 cm).
  • Some 1g carts with longer mouthpieces may not fit.
  • Cartridges with top airflow may not be compatible.

LED Indicator Alerts

  • Low Voltage: Red light flashes 10x, vibrates for 2s, enters standby (<3.2V).
  • Charging Protection: Stops charging if voltage exceeds safe range (7V–28V).
  • Draw Timeout: Exceeds 10 seconds → red light flashes 4x, enters standby.
  • Short Circuit/Overload: Red light flashes 3x.
  • No Cartridge Detected: White light flashes 3x.

We have free standard shipping on all orders over $35! We have a shipping calculator that will give you an estimated shipping cost before shipping. We currently only ship to the US, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Restrictions

We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, and overnight shipping.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We don't ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO, or DPO.  We Do Not Ship To Vermont. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Handling And Processing 

All orders received before 5 pm EST will be shipped the same day (1 day processing time). Orders after 5 pm EST time will be shipped the next day.  We ship orders 7 days a week. Expect weekend orders to be processed by delivery services on the next available business day.

Please ensure that your delivery location is secure or someone is available to receive your package. Please reach out to your carrier to report lost and stolen packages.

All packages are mailed in weather resistant and discreet packaging for your privacy. On the label 'F2V Fulfillment' is the sender.

Will my product be fresh?

Flight2Vegas procures the best organic wraps and cones however due to the nature of the product there will be rare irregularities. This is due to a multitude of reasons including but not limiting to purveyors, weather, manufacturing process etc. At any time you aren't satisfied with your item please contact us first before leaving a review. We respond very quickly.

I believe my package is stolen or lost, what should I do?

Flight2Vegas is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods via the mailing process however please reach out to us to help find a mutual solution. Let us help!

What conditions must I meet to be eligible for free shipping?

For your order to be eligible for free shipping, it must meet these three requirements:

- The order must be shipped to a location within the contiguous United States
